Only available to members: The Boot Camp uses your Health Profile as the basis of a series of messages, delivered straight to your inbox, giving you tools to use, tasks to complete, targets to attain and food for thought!
For the first two weeks, you will receive daily emails from Gillian McKeith that cover many aspects of what you need to make a success of your Healthy Eating Plan. There follow 10 weekly emails that expand on the areas already covered, and introduce new ideas and tools.
That's a 2 week intensive - three month, easy-to-follow plan, with back-up and encouragement throughout. You're not on your own! Gillian wants to make it as easy as possible for you to achieve your Goals.
Gillian McKeith's email will give you tasks, tools or a little reading to do, with between 30 minutes and an hour required for some. Others will be shorter, but might give you some homework to do or ask you to think about things over a day or so. Yes - it's a commitment, and you can gain big time from it! It's going to be fun though, so don't worry! You'll enjoy completing the tasks and you'll learn something every day.
How do I enrol for Boot Camp?
You need to have completed Gillian's Health Profile and joined the Club. Boot Camp is free and available only to Club members.
Gillian's Health Profile is your gateway to the Club - it is an in-depth report that analyses your answers to a series of questions about yourself and provides a great nutritional plan designed to work for you.

Health Profiles can be bought as a one-time only investment, costing £24.95.
If you choose to join the Club, the Health Profile cost acts as your membership fee and first month's subscription. Monthly subscriptions thereafter are £9.95 with a minimum commitment of three months.
As a Club member you can re-do your Health Profile as often as you like, free of charge. You'll receive regular newsletters, top tips and special offers, plus access to a fantastic range of information.
