The Children's Society

gillian mckeith supports the childrens society“The Children’s Society is a charity very close to home. As someone who speaks from the heart, and as a mother to two wee daughters, I admire the Charity’s rich heritage for speaking out on issues affecting children and young people.

Through its work, The Children’s Society continues to demonstrate the potential within all children and strives to allow them to embrace opportunity and meet the best possible future they can.

There are lots of ways that you can get involved and support this great Charity, and in turn help disadvantaged young people who need help the most. Please follow the link below and give your support ”

“The first time I ran away from home I was 14. I slept on a park bench. It was freezing and I was scared. The Children's Society helped me. They really listened to me. They understood the situation. I couldn't have coped without them."
