As a member you can have unlimited access to the Personal Health Profile which means you can redo your Personal Health Profile as often as you like. Revisiting your profile allows you to monitor your progress, check what your nutritional priorities are and ensure that you're on the right path.

Research Centre

You get full access to the Gillian McKeith Research Centre (powered by Healthnotes) containing answers to your everyday health questions. This fantastic, well-regarded online health resource is great for researching and exploring any health issues you may have.

Access to Gillian’s TV Video Library

Newsletters and Top Tips are archived on the site for you to access so you can look back and catch up on all of the news and tips at your leisure.

Recipes

As a member you will have access to over hundreds of Gillian’s recipes. You will be able to search for recipes based on various criteria that may be of special personal interest to you. For example, if you are in need of gluten-free foods, then no problem; the Recipe Finder will search for the gluten-free recipes and voila, they’ll all be at your fingertips. Or if your Personal Health Profile indicates that you need more cruciferous veggies, for instance, then get on over to the Recipe Finder for more recipes pertaining to cauliflower or any cruciferous vegetable.

All of Gillian’s recipes will display as handy, printable recipe cards so you can start building up a collection of your favourites.

Weight Loss Recipes

You will have access to Slim Plan weight loss recipes, which have been carefully selected to help you lose weight and make your diet a success.

Food Search

This great search facility will allow you to search for a particular food and read all about it. If you have a food that has been recommended in your Personal Health Profile and you want to find out more, simply use the food search and you will be able to print a Food Card that tells you what the food is, what to look for when buying it, how to store it and it will also give you some additional cooking tips.
