This includes breakfast, lunch and dinner as well as 3 snacks for each day, you can also just click on a link to take you through to a corresponding shopping list! The menu is updated every week with an emphasis on seasonal foods.

The diet meal plan is designed to help those who want to normalise their weight, increase their energy, eat a range of superfoods, enhance their nutrient intake, prevent disease and improve their overall health.

Common food allergens such as wheat, dairy, eggs, chocolate and peanuts are not included in the plans making them ideal for those with food allergies or food intolerance’s. If you are allergic or intolerant to any of the foods suggested just substitute with another similar food or use a recipe meal idea from a previous week.
