QUINOA PORRIDGE

Ingredients

100g/1 cup flaked quinoa
A good pinch organic vegetable bouillon powder (optional)

Method:

Bring 625ml/21/2 cups cold water to the boil in a saucepan.
Stir in the quinoa and season with a pinch of bouillon powder, if using.
Return to the boil and simmer over a low heat for 5-6 minutes until thick and creamy, stirring carefully.
Spoon into two bowls and serve. Add more water if the porridge appears to be too thick for your taste.
