SERVES 2-4
Ingredients:
250g millet
1 cinnamon stick
zest of half a lemon
2 tbsp shelled hemp seeds
Method:
- Place the millet, cinnamon and lemon
zest, together with 1.25 litres water
in a medium-sized pan and bring to the
boil. Lower the heat, simmer for 1 hour.
- Serve warm with the hemp seeds sprinkled
on top
