GUACAMOLE DIP

MAKES 125ML

Ingredients:

2 large ripe avocados, stoned, peeled and chopped
2 large spring onions, trimmed and chopped
1 garlic clove, peeled and crushed
1 tbsp chopped fresh coriander
juice of 2 limes

Method:

Place all the ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth. Eat on the same day.
