Every week you will receive Top Tips which are short snippets that are based around the various seasons and seasonal foods. Some of the topics include; supporting your Spleen and Pancreas, experiment with Sprouting, Carve a Pumpkin, the Autumn Equinox, and new seasonal recipes.

Eating British Fruits
This is the best time of year to try out English apples and pears. When shopping check the country of origin of the fruit and focus on buying English, Scottish, Irish or Welsh produce as it really is the best at this time of year. When we say ‘best’ we simply mean that it is locally grown, and I prefer that you eat local foods as much as possible for their fresh nutritional values. [If you live in Australia, for example, then the best fruits are your own locally grown ones from Australia.]
